Prior to resuming her sales career, Sue served as Branch Manager of the South Regional Office for Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker from 2003 to June 2025. In this role, she led a high-performing team of agents, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture. She oversaw daily operations, developed strategic plans to drive growth, and mentored agents through personalized coaching and training programs. Her leadership emphasized ethical practices, professional development, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a positive office environment. 

Sue began her real estate career in 1983 as a full-time REALTOR® and Sales Associate in St. Louis. Over the years, she built a thriving business, earning recognition for top-tier performance and lasting client relationships. She specialized in assisting first-time buyers, relocation clients, investors, and new construction sales, always delivering seamless and informed transactions. Her career reflects a lifelong dedication to helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals with confidence and care.
